How do I book a room?
The cheapest option is to book on this website by clicking on the link to Check Availability button which is located on all pages. We are also listed on Booking.com, AirBnB and some other on line booking agents. Agents charge a commission which is usually passed on to you.

BOOKING PAGE

To keep the cost of our accommodation down we do not take credit cards, (the cost of processing by a third party is upto 5%). We trust our guests to let us know ASAP if they change their plans and need to cancel.

If you book through Booking.com they charge us 20% commission, (which we put on to the price), plus 5% for processing the payment.
If you book direct with us you get the least expensive method of payment.
You save 20%
We accept direct credit, (our Bank a/c number is on your booking confirmation), or we accept IDR on arrival.

We believe we offer very good accommodation and service at the best rate possible.
Please do not ask our manager for discount as refusal is embarrassing.
Aroha Villa is a holiday villa and we do not offer long term stays.
Yes we have a pick up service from the Airport. Telephone our manager with your flight details.
We will also pick you up from your accommodation if you are already in Bali, just let our manager know your requirements.
Fee = IDR700,000
You can cancel any time without cost. If you have already paid through direct credi we will refund your payment in full less IDR100,000 (USD6.00) for bank transaction fees.
How do we get to Lovina?
Our Pick up is IDR700,000. Our manager will need your flight details or hotel details.
If you are staying in a hotel let Adhi know where you are and he will give you a competitve price.
There are buses to Singaraja and the Lovina Dolphin statue. We do not recommend this form oftransport as it will take a long time and the buses can be pretty iffy.
If you want a vehicle while you are staying with us talk to our manager who will arrange it for you at the best available price.

TRANSFERS

The Villa is totally self contained. We have ensured that you have all the necessary utensils, cutlery, and crockery to prepare and cook your own meals
Yes the villa is serviced and bedding is replaced every fourth day.
If you need more services discuss your requirements with our manager if your requirements can be accommodated.
Are there shops close to the villa
There is a local very reasonable Warung. This is a small general store which also operates as the local gossip centre and resting place for the locals. The owner is extremely friendly and if he hasn't got what you want he will either get it or tell you where to get it.
Approximately 500 meters to the main road where there is a supermarket which will stock most of your requirements.
Where can we book tours and attactions
When Adhi, our villa manager, picks you up you will be able to discuss the things you want to do with him. He is the best person to advise you the best way to do it.
Adhi is very experienced, totally honest, and has a great sense of humour.
